Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you. Late cancellation and no shows result in lost income for your therapist. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivilant to the cost of treatment.
That being said, life happens and flexibility is provided for emergencies and illness. Please make all efforts to communicate any need to change appointments.

Direct billing
Direct billing is available upon request for certain insurance providers, including Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie, MSP, and Telus Health.
Please note that ICBC direct billing is not available at this time, and I am not currently accepting WorkSafe BC claims.
