Rooted in a deep love for the outdoors and staying active, Julie strives to meet people where they are and empower them to get to where they want to be in their health and wellness journey.

Julie graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Adventure and Tourism in 2012. She spent several years guiding outdoor trips, ranging from sea kayaking to hiking. A lover of an active lifestyle, Julie’s constant movement inspired her to gain a deeper understanding of human anatomy. In 2018, she enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2020.

Passionate about health and self-care, Julie is dedicated to providing massage treatments that alleviate pain and improve quality of life. She employs a variety of techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, and orthopedic assessments, to set and achieve treatment goals. Drawing on her yoga knowledge, she also incorporates breathwork to calm the nervous system for lasting benefits.

In her free time, Julie can be found in the mountains hiking, skiing, or mountain biking. If not outdoors, she enjoys relaxing in her garden with friends, family, and her four chickens.

You’ll be at ease the moment you arrive at the clinic. Whether you’re looking for preventative, therapeutic or maintenance massage care, Julie has the expertise and experience to provide you with the massage therapy you need.
